Introducing our team
Sean Graham (firstname.lastname@example.org) is a Principal of Assured Support Pty Ltd and the architect for the OpenAFSL compliance platform. Since 1996, Sean has specialised in financial services law, compliance and risk management and has extensive experience in Distribution, stockbroking, product manufacturing and advice.
In addition to his consulting and policy roles with Suncorp, BT, the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia and Mills Oakley Lawyers, he has held senior executive roles with the Millennium3 Financial Services Group and subsidiary companies, Commonwealth Bank and Colonial First State.
When she's not retooling risk frameworks or refining strategic plans, Angelique (email@example.com) is laser focused on competence, capability and conduct.
As a key contributor to industry policy, she understands the need to ensure that management, compliance and office staff aren't left behind as the industry lurches towards professionalism.
Combining her deep knowledge of education with her regulatory experience and a sharp legal mind, she's a passionate advocate for better governance, education and ethics.
Kye Park ADFP (firstname.lastname@example.org) has over 15 years of specialised compliance and risk experience and an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes. Kye has worked for companies including Perpetual, Bluestone, NAB Health, BT Financial Group, Suncorp and AMP and has a keen understanding of the IFA market and its specific needs.
Kye has a particular skill in cutting through jargon, bureaucracy and confusion. She routinely delivers simple and effective solutions to seemingly insoluble compliance problems. With her interests in coaching and technology, she is well positioned to lighten your compliance burden.
Michael a financial advisor by background joins Assured Support with a strong history in Banking and Financial Planning gained over 22 years in major financial services and wealth management institutions. In his industry roles, he has led teams of financial planning and wealth management professionals ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial advice that aligns to both regulatory requirements and organisational strategy and purpose.
Dave Hammett (Dave@assuredsupport.com.au) has over 15 years experience in financial services, business development and compliance with Colonial First State, AIW and Commonwealth Bank.
His years at the coalface of advice have equipped him with a profound and practical understanding of providing advice, building effective referral networks and running a practice.
Ben's pivot into financial services eight years ago was a shrewd move for a collaborative, technical and detail focussed professional.
With solid grounding in advice and para-planning in Institutional licensees, banks and IFA businesses, Ben (Ben@assuredsupport.com.au) brings deep practical experience and a coaching mindset to his compliance role.
With over 20 years experience in financial services (and 10 years in health), Maria applies her considerable leadership and development experience to consulting, mentoring and business development. An expert in client engagement, with a proven record for delivering significant strategic business growth initiatives, Maria helps our clients identify new opportunities, enhance their offerings and leverage their brands to grow and prosper.
