This brief update has a lot to cover so let’s start.
As the deadline for IDR Data reporting nears, we’ve developed a Guide to assist system users to confirm, extract and submit their complaint information.
If you’re still easing back into work and need of refreshing your memory of this new regulatory obligation, our Complaints, Data and Reporting might help.
The deadline for your first submission is 29 February. Between now and the upcoming deadline, we would recommend you ensure all of the compulsory data information is included within your complaints register.
Relax, all these mandatory requirements are clearly marked on our platform and, better yet, with the press of a button you can easily extract the data ASIC require (in the exact form and format they require). Next step, straight through processing!
If have any questions in relation to your data extraction or complaint submission, contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
This obligation caught a lot of people napping, but not our Development Team.
It’s operational on our platform and the annual attestation, with timed distribution, automatic escalation and clean and simple reporting is already available to you (and built into the Compliance Calendar).
If you need help, reach out to your account manager or contact us email@example.com
If you’ve been using our platform recently, you’ll have noticed (or will start to notice) a number of significant changes beyond significantly increased speed and guided pathways.
The number and impact of these improvements will only increase as OpenAFSL is slowly rebranded and relaunched as [complye]. Don’t worry, the transition will be seamless, and we look forward to receiving your feedback about the evolution of our innovative and intuitive compliance platform.
